All purchases are final. Due to the nature of the precious metals and  collectibles market, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any  items.

2. Buy-Back Policy

We may offer to buy back certain items at our discretion. Buy-back  pricing depends on current market conditions and the item’s condition  and is determined in-store only. We do not guarantee buy-back at the  original purchase price.

3. Market Pricing

All pricing is based on real-time market values and is subject to  change without notice. We are not responsible for market fluctuations  that occur after a purchase or sale.

4. Item Verification

All items are tested and authenticated using industry-standard tools  and practices. Customers are encouraged to ask questions and inspect  items before completing a purchase.

5. No Phone or Online Quotes

We do not provide price quotes, evaluations, or offers over the  phone, email, or internet. All items must be brought to our store for  in-person evaluation.

6. Identification Requirement

A valid government-issued ID is required for all selling transactions, in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

7. Right to Refuse Service

Gold & Coin Exchange reserves the right to refuse service or  transactions at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud  or unlawful activity.
